MEET CHOCOLATIER LAURIE BROSSARD

Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Laurie moved to Calgary, Alberta in the early eighties and soon after started Oh, Chocolate! a wholesale dessert bakery making upscale desserts for restaurants and hotels. The business quickly grew and expanded to include Belgian chocolates after attending Chocolate College in Belgium. Her chocolates went on to win National awards for best chocolate. 

As a result of the popularity of the wholesale division, she opened

The Chocolate Bar Dessert Cafés, all 4 locations which were eventually sold to concentrate on the wholesale business. 

Returning now as Laurie Bee's Chocolates and Confections, Laurie now makes handmade artisanal chocolates and teaches classes on chocolate making.

QUALITY Chocolate FROM BELGIUM

The chocolate used in Laurie Bee's chocolates is among the best in the world, imported from Belgium, well known to produce some of the best chocolate in the world.

Using a combination of 54% dark, 70% dark, creamy milk and white chocolate, as well as "Gold" chocolate, a caramelized white chocolate and NEW "Ruby" chocolate, made from the ruby cocoa bean, a completely new taste experience!

Combining these chocolates with fresh ingredients such as cream, butter, nuts and fruits creates a delectable selection of classic and unique flavours.
